Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been successfully downloaded or accessed. I cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after the purchase is completed.

I only grant refunds in the following exceptional cases:

  • Technical issues: If the product is defective or cannot be accessed due to technical reasons beyond your control.

  • Duplicate purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same item twice.

  • Unintentional purchase error: If the transaction shows clear technical glitches or billing issues.
